If you're looking to return/exchange your purchase and are worrying about the hassles, stop right here! We have an easy 15-day return/exchange policy, with 100% refund in the case of returns. The return/exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. The apparel should be in a resalable condition with its tags intact. It should not be damaged or washed. Remember to keep your bill handy!

Return

Returns are accepted for any reason, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item so that we can serve you better.

Please email us at info@steenbok.in to return an item. Your request ticket will be generated, and our team will contact you soon. When returning your product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider. Also, please note that the Courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be taken for return. The verification process includes checking of Steenbok tag, checking for use and damage.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

  • The size didn't fit
  • You want a different size/colour
  • You want a different design
  • You didn’t like the product

We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed. Please email us at info@steenbok.in to return an item. Your request ticket will be generated, and our team will contact you soon. When returning your product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider. Your exchange will be processed after we receive the item in the mail. The replacement item can take up to a week to ship out. Also, please note that the Courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be taken for return. The verification process includes checking of Steenbok tag, checking for use and damage.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for deposits (enter company name). In accordance with the bank policies, there might be a processing time of about 2-3 working days before your refund is credited. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@steenbok.in.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased from Sale are not eligible for a refund.
